<div class="fjj5rx5" id="vsb_content_4_1020_u61"><div class="vblh75z" id="vsb_content_4"><p class="vsbcontent_start">江西赣州技师学院创办于1986年，是我省创建最早、规模最大、最具影响力的技工院校，2006年学院荣获“国家技能人才培育突出贡献奖”，2014年评为“全国职教工作先进单位”。此外，学院还荣获国家首批高技能人才培训基地（机电项目）、国家级数控实训基地、国家级计算机应用与软件技术实训基地、省级电子电工实训基地等多项省级以上荣誉，现已进入全国技工院校第一方阵?/p>
<p>2022?月，中共赣州市委、赣州市人民政府决定赣州职业技术学院、赣州农业学校、江西赣州技师学院（以下简称“学院”）三校融合发展，按照“三个机构、一套人马”管理体制组建新的管理机构?/p>
<p><strong>一流的办学条件?/strong>学院现有新能源汽车科技城校区和沙石校区两个校区，占地面?030余亩（其中新能源汽车科技城校区占地面?60余亩，沙石校区占地面?70余亩），在校学生19000余人。现?大系?0个高职专业和45个技师、预备技师、高技及中职专业，建有校内外实验（训）?23间，图书藏书47万册，电子期?000余册，教学仪器设备总值超亿元?/p>
<p><strong>优秀的师资团队?/strong>学院现有教职?50余人，其中高级以上职?06人，硕士以上198人，“双师型”教?07人，高级技?1人。有国务院特殊津贴专家、全国优秀教师2人，国家、省级高层次人才8人。有省级以上大（名）师工作室3个，市级“大师工作坊?6个。有国家级技能竞赛裁判和职业技能鉴定高级考评?2人、江西省科技特派团成?人?/p>
<p><strong>较高的培养质量?/strong>学院遵循“以德立校、依法治校、特色兴校、质量强校”办学理念，一直把人才培养作为学院中心工作，近三年来，在全国大学生机械创新设计大赛、“挑战杯”江西省大学生创业大赛等省级以上技能竞赛中，师生共获得各类奖项150余项，其中国家级奖项20余项?/p>
